Meet Eric Jacobson, one of CLD’s Community Advisory Council (CAC) members!
Eric has been a member of the CAC so long, he doesn’t actually remember when he joined! As the Executive Director of the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD), he is a close contributor to the CAC. Over the years, Eric notes that the “CLD has been a great partner with GCDD in working on issues such as Inclusive Post-Secondary Education and [addressing the] COVID [pandemic].” Born and raised in Kansas, he has lived in Atlanta since 1987. Eric loves live music – especially “Jam Bands” such as The Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, and Widespread Panic. His life goal has “always” been to leave the world better-off than when he entered it. The three words he’d use to describe himself are: Risk-Taker; See-the-Big-Picture; and Stubborn!
Thank you, Eric, for all you do for the CAC!
