IDEAL has welcomed 15 new students this fall, making a total number of 20 IDEAL students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
IDEAL is also piloting associates and bachelors degree support. 45% of current students are taking classes at GSU and Perimeter for credit towards degrees!
Next we will be focused on providing pre-employment and employment skills development services for current students and alumni alongside our academic, life skills, and internship support.
Thanks all for your continued support in building #myIDEALcampus.
IDEAL provides access to inclusive education and resources to prepare for meaningful work and expression in the arts and creative media fields.
IDEAL's goal is to support each student's unique media maker voice, empowering students to explore their identities, learn new skills, and showcase their talents, while producing digital content, learning together with peers, growing social and professional networks, and gaining career-related experience.
